Join Indivisible CenTex and SATX Indivisible: Release the Names, not Ghislane Maxwell

All the White Men in Austin talk about is “protecting women” - then allow a sexual predator to come to a MINIMUM SECURITY camp in OUR neighborhood!? Join us Saturday at 9:30 at Sue Haswell Park or 10:00 outside the Federal Prison Camp

Bryan–College Station, Texas — Friday, January 2, 2026 — If you heard anything from the last Texas Legislative session, it was “protect our women.” While being referred to as “someone’s property” to protect could be seen as offensive to some, the whole idea of providing safe space flies in the face of what’s happening right here in our city. Ghislane Maxwell - that’s right, Jeffrey Epstein's paramour and young female sex-purveyor - moved in around the corner from downtown Bryan, Texas.

According to Neal Davis Law Firm, as “a convicted sex offender, Maxwell should not have been eligible for transfer to the minimum-security prison in Bryan while serving her sentence.”

The Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan, is 1 of 3 minimum security prisons in the entire country. According to Bureau of Prisons policy, Sex offenders are NOT eligible for minimum security prison treatment. So why did the white men so intent on saying they’re out to protect “their” white women allow it? Could it have anything to do with the powerful white men on “Epstein’s list?”

Now Ghislane Maxwell is petitioning for early release. As SARC (Sexual Assault Resource Center) will tell you, sexual preditors of women and young girls have a high recidivism rate - they repeat their offenses.

Join SATX Indivisible and Indivisible Centex tomorrow, Saturday, Jan 3, 2026 from 10am-2pm outside the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan. Protest posters should only be about Maxwell’s crimes and incarceration in a camp instead of a prison. Save other issues for No Kings or other major protests.

A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
